30-Day Returns

We want you to be happy with your Hollow & Haunt order. If something isn't right, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

How to Start a Return

Email us with your order number and a short description of the issue. We'll confirm the return and next steps within 1-2 business days.

Condition of Returned Items

Items should be unused and in their original packaging where possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
