How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 6-9 business days after processing. During peak season (early-to-mid October), please allow up to 10-12 business days.
Will it arrive before Halloween?
Yes — order by October 20 for guaranteed delivery before Halloween.
My order has multiple items but only one tracking number showed up — is something missing?
Orders with multiple items may ship in separate packages, each with its own tracking number. This is normal and doesn't mean part of your order is missing.

Do the animatronics need batteries?
Most sensor and sound-activated pieces require batteries (not included) or a standard power adapter — check the individual product page for details.
Are these suitable for outdoor use?
Yes, our decor is designed for outdoor porches and yards. We recommend bringing electronic pieces indoors during heavy rain or storms.
